🚗 Rental Conditions
- Fuel is not included – customers are responsible for fuel costs
- Toll and parking fees are not included – customers will pay directly
- A valid international driving license is required
- Passport is required for verification
- Driver must be over 25 years old
🚗 Usage Policy
- The vehicle is for personal use only
- No smoking inside the car
- No illegal activities or off-road driving
🚘 Pick-up & Drop-off Policy
- Car pick-up and return must be within the city center
- Delivery outside the city center will incur an additional fee
- Delivery fee: 10,000 VND (~0.38 USD) per km
- If the car is returned at a different location, extra charges will apply
🚗 Deposit & Responsibility:
- A deposit of 10,000,000 VND (~385 USD) is required to reserve the vehicle
- Customers are fully responsible for any traffic fines (including delayed fines)
- In case of damage or accident caused by the customer, all related costs will be the customer’s responsibility

Please send date, time, pick-up point, drop-off point, number of passengers and luggage. We will suggest the best car for you.
Step 3: Confirm booking
After we agree on the price and schedule, we will confirm and reserve the car for you. No deposit required.
Step 4: Pick-up on time
The driver will arrive on time at the agreed location. Clean private car, driver will contact you before arrival.

This is our 7-seater car
It can carry up to 6 passengers and 3 large suitcases.
